As expected, the immediate Twin Ports area is dealing with wind advisories and cold, but not significant snowfall.  While we could see a little, other areas in the Northland aren't quite so lucky.

According to The Northland's NewsCenter, the greatest threat of heavy snow still remains to the NW of the Twin Ports.  Areas like International Falls may receive 2-4" by Saturday.   It's even worse for the Moorhead area where as much as 14 inches of snow was expected to fall through Friday.  The Twin Ports will see a dusting to a half inch, but strong winds gusting up to 35 mph.

If you have to travel north, check the weather and travel safe.
