My husband and I have always had storm drain issues, but even more so now that the new Duluth Middle School has been built.  We get a rush of water from that facility because we live down hill of it.  We investigated and found that there is a good reason why.  If you have similar problems with storm drain run-off, you are encouraged to attend a meeting to have your voice heard.
