My husband showed me this video.  A "come her honey and watch this" moment.  I was busy and the last thing I wanted to do was watch a youtube video, but I'm glad I did.  I was awestruck at what it takes to get the NASA Mars Rover into space and thought about the intricate accuracy of every detail it demonstrates.  I'm sure you'll find it fascinating too and want to share it, like I did. 

NASA has released video of the descent from the Mars rover Curiosity as it landed.  The views are actually 297 pictures taken in the last 2:30 of the landing.  Check out the cool video!

Last night history was made as the most advanced spacecraft made it's way onto the planet mars.  This has been called the next step to a man on Mars, and maybe even future colonization.  Watch the video of the reaction from a very excited NASA command center.
