how to cut a pineapple

Ok, random blog, I know.  But, I was at a loss!  When I was broadcasting live from SuperOne for the American Heart Association, we served YUMMY pineapple, among other heart healthy options.  I couldn't stop eating it, so I bought one to bring home. It sat on our counter for TWO WEEKS!
