The 2013 Emmy nominations have arrived and at first glance, it's more of the same. Of course 'Breaking Bad,' 'Mad Men,' 'Homeland' and 'Downton Abbey' seem to be dominating the drama category! Of course '30 Rock,' 'Louie' and 'Veep' are contenders in the comedy category! However, the big surprise with this year's nominations is that one of the most nominated shows wasn't even on TV at all.

‘Modern Family’ ruled the 2011 Emmys — the ABC comedy took home the first four awards of the evening, including Outstanding Supporting Actor and Actress in a Comedy Series and, later in the night, winning Outstanding Comedy Series.

'Mad Men' picked up an impressive 19 nominations, the most of any drama series, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Leading Actor (Jon Hamm), Outstanding Leading Actress (Elisabeth Moss) and Outstanding Supporting Actress (Christina Hendricks).
