I've been trying to eat healthier.  That entails reading labels,

something I didn't have time to do.....boy was I surprised!  I chose to skip the sausage gravy on my biscuit and instead went for the "just honey" option.  Click on the picture to the left.  Maybe YOU can help me understand.

I'm not good at math, and thought I was getting 12% more honey FREE....then, it goes into HOW I got the free honey....????9 oz at the prize of 8oz?????6 fluid oz, but 9oz net weight...and wait, what??? only 45% honey....and what's it blended with?

Let's take a look at the back!

Oh, great...whatever it's blended with...I'm assured it's 100% natural, and honey IS the first ingredient; however, rice syrup AND rice syrup is also added TWICE...wait, what?  It's a product of China, but I have to write to IL for the nutritional value....shouldn't that be ON the bottle?

As I said, read your ingredients label BEFORE you buy....not at the kitchen table while you're enjoying your pseudo honey.
