This establishment has been voted the best restaurant in Duluth more than once, and they are currently looking for its next Executive Chef.

Opened in 2017, this restaurant has quickly become one of the must-eat places in Duluth, with its incredible view of Lake Superior and its menu of seafood and steak, the restaurant consistently gets high star ratings across the internet and has won several local and national awards.

In a post on social media, The Boat Club Restaurant, located at Fitger's, says, "Our longtime Executive Chef will sadly be leaving us soon, and we are starting the process of looking for her replacement." Chef Ann has been with the Boat Club for just over 3 years and Jason Vincent, owner of The Boat Club says, "Over the years, Chef Ann has elevated our restaurant to a new level in the Duluth culinary scene helping us win 'Best Restaurant' two years in a row. She will be so deeply missed."

According to the job listing, the Executive Chef would lead AM, PM, and Banquet teams, help with menu changes, maintain very high quality, chef-driven entrees, create and execute private dinners, hire & train new line, and prep cooks, and a variety of other duties. They make it clear that this is NOT a job for someone who has never managed a kitchen before.
