Country Throwback Honors A Great Running Song by Big & Rich

Grandma's Marathon is Saturday, so for my Country Throwback I thought I'd choose one of those songs that's great to hear out on the race course as it always seems to pump up both the runners and the spectators.

Big & Rich released "Save A Horse [Ride A Cowboy]" in April of 2004. It would peak at number 11 on the U.S. Billboard Country chart, but it ultimately still gets airplay and it has become a staple at sports events, wedding receptions, and parties.
