Normally when I see a tiny house for sale I just scroll past. Something about this one got me to click on it because it looked so sturdy and well-built.

A lot of times these smaller homes don't use the best material. They may build them like campers to be lightweight. This one is not one of those tiny homes. The seller says they used 2x4s and 2X6s for the walls and ceiling. That means this 30-foot tiny home isn't lightweight. But, if you're going to make it your home, you don't want lightweight. You want it sturdy enough to handle a Minnesota winter.

It's described as 250 square feet. The house was built in 2017 and is on a triple-axle trailer with drop axles so it can have high ceilings, but still be under the height limit. The seller says they tow it with their one-ton diesel truck and even offer to deliver to a reasonable distance.

It doesn't come with land, but it would be perfect to place on a lot, or maybe you could even add it to your property as a rental.
