Best Bloody Mary I’ve Had In Wisconsin Is At A Bar That Started As A Train Car

Usually, when people talk about the best bloody mary's in Wisconsin it's because it's loaded with a ton of stuff. It's become pretty popular for restaurants to use extravagant, over-the-top bloody mary to bring people in. There's nothing wrong with that! I love a bloody Mary that's a full meal too. I've reviewed quite a few of them.

I'm embarrassed to say that it's taken me so long to try this local favorite Bloody Mary. I've heard good things about it, but last night was the first time I tried it for myself, and I can't wait to go back.

The Choo Choo Bar and Grill is located in Superior, Wisconsin. It was actually featured in recent years on Drink Wisconsinbly for how good the Bloody Mary is.

What makes it so good? I have to be honest, it's all in the mix. It's got the perfect blend. It's not too salty and it has just the right amount of spice.

It also comes with some goodies too, which are always appreciated. There's a jumbo shrimp on top, a skewer with an olive, mushroom, and pear, celery with cheese, a pickle, and a strip of bacon.

Another cool thing about the Choo Choo is that it was originally a train car. You can see it when you look at the ceiling. Pretty neat, huh? They've expanded it over the years, but you can still see the original.

The food was great too. I just had a couple of apps, but once I saw a basket of fries being delivered, I had to order one to split with a buddy. Those were some damn good fries!
