2019 ACM Award Nominations Announced: My Thoughts

Award season is in full swing with the Golden Globes, the Oscars, the Grammys and now the ACM Awards!

The Academy of Country Music celebrates our favorite genre every year by rewarding the best in music. This year's nominees were announced live on CBS This Morning by the one and only Reba McEntire.

Dan + Shay continued their hot streak year and Kacey Musgraves scored big again - just a few short weeks after taking home Album Of The Year at the Grammys.

While both of these nominees don't come as a huge surprise, there were some shocking inclusions this time around. (Shocking does not equal bad here, by the way!)

There were also some VERY shocking exclusions and some welcome newcomers breaking through.

Shortly after the nominees were announced, I decided to chat about some of these very nominations and predict who I think will take home the win. Hear my thoughts below:
