My wife doesn't celebrate Valentine's Day.  She says its a "Hallmark" holiday and that it's stupid.  Well, the simple answer to "what should I get her?" is nothing at all.  But that doesn't always look so good on the outside.  Other people may think I'm a jerk, or that I forgot, so I always need to do something for her.  And I WANT to do something for her. Here's a few options.

1.  Bring flowers to her work around Valentine's Day, not on Valentine's Day.

This way, you showed her how much you lover her when it's not on a holiday.  She'll enjoy them more, and if you do it before Valentine's Day they will still be on display.

2.  Bring her out to lunch.

It's nothing fancy, but you both get to benefit from a nice lunch date.

3.  Pizza & Beer

No dishes, no hassle, just good pizza & beer for dinner.

4.  Netflix & Ice Cream

You can buy her favorite ice cream, and let her binge watch whatever she wants, while you sit there not making fun of her shows.  (Common complaint I receive.)

5.  Watch the kids so she can go shopping.

Let her run out and go to Target without having to drag the kids a long.  Women love that!

So even though she's not into Valentine's Day, she'll appreciate these things and you'll get some brownie points for being a great guy.
