Visit Duluth Takes Over Xcel Energy Center For MN Wild Game

Visit Duluth is promoting Duluth while on the road and tonight they will be at the Minnesota Wild hockey game at the Xcel. They hope to increase awareness about Duluth and encourage more people to visit Duluth as a tourism destination.

They're doing this primarily through giveaways at the game tonight. They've partnered with 8 Duluth partners and are doing prize drawings for fans at the game. Hats, prize drawings, an autographed Zach Parise jersey, signed Alex Stalock goalie stick, event tickets, and more will be given away.  The grand prize drawing is a getaway two night trip to Duluth.

The partners they've teamed up the Festival of Sail, Duluth Airshow, Grandma's Marathon, All Pints North, The Tribute Fest, City On The Hill Music Festival, Taste of Duluth, and the Duluth Oktoberfestival.

They are also running commercials promoting the event tonight on KFAN in the Twin Cities, and also Fox Sports North TV.
