With Charles Johnson out with an injury, Minnesota Vikings rookie wide receiver Stefon Diggs has put together strong back-to-back performances, with his most recent game earning him a nice reward.

Diggs was named the Pepsi Rookie of the Week for his game against Kansas City.  In only his second NFL game and his first start, Diggs caught seven passes for 129 yards in the game, including three receptions of 20+ yards in the win. Diggs’ biggest reception came on a 3rd and 15 strike over the middle from QB Teddy Bridgewater in the 4th quarter to pick up 30 yards and help seal the victory. His 6 catches this season of 20+ yards is tied for the second highest total in the NFL since Week 4. Diggs’ 129 yards receiving was also the second most by a rookie in a game this year.

Even when Charles Johnson was healthy, he was having a disappointing season so it will be interesting to see what the Vikings decide to do with Stefon Diggs now that Johnson is ready to return.  I think you have to keep him on the field the majority of snaps so perhaps you move Johnson into the slot to create some mismatches there.
