I stumbled on a unique listing in Facebook Marketplace for a home near Duluth, Minnesota. It comes with limited info, but we can tell a lot from the photos. It appears to be a former senior living home. The listing says it has 8 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

There's also an ET figure that's looking over the lake. I guess I'm not sure why you would have that in the photo unless it was some type of joke, right?

I was able to figure out without an address that it's on Pioneer Road on Mirror Lake. It's not far from Fish Lake and Island Lake Reservoirs.

Check it out, what do you think? Is it worth a million dollars? I don't doubt it. It was sold last in 2020 for $689,500.
