UDAC Annual Walk Honors Those With Disabilities

Every year, UDAC puts on a fundraiser walk event to raise awareness and honor people living everyday with a disability.  On Saturday, September 21st, from 9:00AM-11:00AM you can participate in the Walk a Mile in Our Shows Fundraiser held at UMD's Malosky Stadium in Duluth.

This event gives families and friends a chance to walk together along with representatives from the UMD Athletic programs and the UMD Pep Band all while raising funds.

UDAC has always been committed to providing opportunities for individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and plans to for years to come.  There are different registration tiers for your to chose from starting at $25 and for that amount you get a free t-shirt at the event.  There are also levels above the $25 individual such as the family one for just $40 and it goes up from there.  Of course any donation amount is appreciated even if you can't make the walk and you can get more information on it and other events UDAC is part of here.
