Traffic Advisory For College Of St. Scholastic's Reif Run

Expect short traffic delays and parking restrictions on Kenwood Avenue at College Street and at Hovland Drive tomorrow during the Reif Run through the College of St. Scholastica.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22nd at 2:30 p.m., the College of St. Scholatica will be holding their Reif Run race. This is an annual Spring event and part of the college's Mayfest celebration. It's a sight to see as the participants run or walk the 5K race dressed in unique hats and clothing.

The race will start at the College of St. Scholastica and will stay in the college area. From the college, racers will head east on College Street across Kenwood Avenue to 19th Avenue East, south on 19th Avenue East to Skyline Drive, west on Skyline Drive to Chester Park following a trail up to Kenwood Avenue, crossing Kenwood and running north back to the college.

You can expect short traffic delays on Kenwood Avenue at College Street and at Hovland Drive. Also, no parking will be allowed from 11 am - 5 pm on the west side (odd side) of 19th Avenue East from College Street down to Kent Road, or on Kent Road from 19th Avenue East over to Skyline Parkway.

Please watch runners, walkers and Duluth Police Officers who will be stationed at several intersections directing traffic.
