This Tip Up Is A Great Idea for A Gift For Your Ice Fisherman [VIDEO]

I saw this video today and I can't wait to see one of these in action.  Tip ups are used for ice fishing, and basically what they do is notify you when a fish has taken your bait.  It's a simple design, but traditional tip ups are plagued with problems such as the hole freezing over, the line freezing to the ice, or the line getting tangled.  One fireman has come up with a new design that solves those problems.

Maybe they'll be at the Ice Fishing Show at the DECC this weekend?  I'll be looking!
