Think Twice Before You Turn These 15 Items Green in Minnesota
If you have no idea where your "something green" item is, you'd better find it soon otherwise you might get pinched on St. Patricks Day! Yes, St. Patrick's Day is coming up on Friday, March 17th, 2023 and it is going to be quite the party. The river in Chicago is already green, and I've been noticing quite a few parades and parties being planned in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Although Chicago does the whole "green water" thing, it doesn't mean that you should try finding enough green dye to make that happen to the Mississippi River. Can you imagine ALL of the Mississippi River bright green?! It would be pretty epic but that along with the items below really should just be left in their original colors on St. Patrick's Day.
15 Items You Should Never Dye Green
For all of those avid green beer drinkers, don't worry, your green beer is safe.
10 Items that Seem Odd But They Can Actually Go In Your Hair
Remember when an individual decided to put Gorilla Glue in her hair? Literally, it was a huge mess and I think we all learned a few valuable lessons. 1) You can become famous for anything. 2) There are several items that you should NOT put in your hair, including Gorilla Glue.
I don't know if we all needed lesson #2 but that isn't the only item that shouldn't be put in hair. Example - when I was a kid, my grandma had a circle hair brush, you know the kind that has spokes around the entire brush. Well, I thought the way you used it was by wrapping all of your hair around it. Turns out, that is NOT how it works and my grandma spent the rest of the day detangling my mess.
Gum, sand, and slime are just a few of the many items that should be boycotted from our hair. In other words, it will end up like the disaster I had with that hairbrush. Now I wouldn't go show this list to your kids but just know that although the items below seem a bit odd to put in your hair, these are actually ok.
