This weekend the Tampa Bay Buccaneers take on the Green Bay Packers, and there is a Minnesota Connection and a record that could be set.

Antoine Winfield Sr played for the Minnesota Vikings. According to Touchdown Wire, he was playing against the Green Bay Packers, and with 11 minutes left, Antoine Winfield intercepted Aaron Rodgers. That was a Pro-Bowl season and may have started a record that could be realized this Sunday.

Antoine Winfield Jr plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he is only a rookie and came from the University of Minnesota. He is playing at a veteran Pro-Bowl level, and has been a nightmare for quarterbacks so far, and could be one for Aaron Rodgers. Touchdown Wire says if Antoine Winfield Jr catches a pass from Aaron Rodgers, it will be the first time a father and son team have intercepted the same quarterback.

According to Touchdown Wire, Senior said Junior was interested in football at a young age, so Father helped Son, and he thrived, having great seasons in high school, and the Minnesota Gophers too. Father Winfield says junior has an enormous amount of talent and that he is where he is because he works so hard.

NFL.com says there have been some famous and record-setting fathers and sons. Howie Long and sons Chris and Kyle were each taken inside the first two rounds, and have Super Bowl and Pro Bowl appearances

NFL.com says Clay Matthews has a brother, father, and grandfather. Of course the Mannings, Archie, Peyton, and Eli. Now Cooper Mannings kid Arch is setting and breaking records that Peyton set. So we could see another Manning.
