The Stearns County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help in locating a missing teen who left her Duluth-area foster home on Halloween and hasn't been seen since.

Mackenzie Rose Langner, 16, left from foster care placement on October 31 around 2:00 PM. She has not been heard from since and left without her cell phone. The foster care placement was in the Duluth, MN area. Mackenzie goes by Kenzie, is 5’3, 143 pounds, green eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing black sweatpants with white lettering, an olive-green crop style hoodie, the black inner shell of a jacket, red stocking hat and brown Timberland boots. Mackenzie’s whereabouts are currently unknown, and she may still be in the Duluth area. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office at 320-251-4240 or their local law enforcement agency via 911.

Minnesota's Stearns County, where this bulletin originated from, is located southwest of the Duluth area.  It is the 7th most populous county in the state, the 14th largest by area.  The largest city in the county is St. Cloud.
