I for one have to disagree that this is the worst city in Minnesota to live in, and I am pretty sure most of you will agree.

There are many things to love about Minnesota, but the website Road Snacks used science and data to determine the worst places to live in the land of 10,000 lakes.

Well, this isn't good.

Last week I wrote a blog about a company that surprised me with incredible customer service.  That kind of service is few and far between and maybe that's why it inspired me to write a blog, because it's so rare.  This week, the worst customer service EVER!  I feel like they boldly make it nearly impossible to accomplish anything on their website or on the phone so you'll just give up and go away.
