Boy, game shows are real sticklers these days. You have to check out this viral video of a Wheel of Fortune contestant losing over $7000 of his hard-spelled money for something as simple as minor mispronunciation.

The iconic game show doesn't always bring out the best and the brightest.

Regardless of pop culture prowess, we’ve all heard those iconic titles that our brains automatically fill in. You say “citizen,” I say Citizen Kane! A “streetcar?” A Streetcar Named Desire! Or, you could be like this Wheel of Fortune contestant, who brain-farted out what might be the biggest mistake in game show history.

The tradition of bad contestants on Wheel of Fortune is a proud and hilarious one that shows no signs of coming to an end.

Everyone loves a boneheaded game show contestant, but sometimes you gotta give it up for a contestant who's actually really, really good. Like this guy.
