A Minnesota man apparently thinks he can use his kids and Christmas to negotiate a deal with the police.

The Duluth Police Department is looking for Matthew Edward Edblom.  He is this week’s “Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week. The public has been the key to finding many “persons of the week”. Take a look, share the photo and information with friends and family on social media. Have you seen this man?

Got an unpaid ticket?  Did you skip out on paying a traffic fine?   Any other outstanding warrants?  Superior Police Department will be coming for you beginning in March.  They've announced that they need to clear up the warrant books, hold some people accountable, and get unpaid fines taken care of.
