The new Ace Hardware at the Oakes Ave Super One location has been a pleasant addition to the community.

Post Cereal has teamed up with Major League Soccer for fun activities at grocery stores across the United States.  They will be making a stop at the West Duluth Super One Store (5300 Bristol St) this Saturday. There's going to be soccer kick activities, a photo booth, and temporary tattoos...

It's been a big and fun year at B105 as welcomed Lauren Wells to our crazy team and we're all proud to be #1 For New Country in the Northland. We think it's the perfect time to celebrate and the biggest winner is you!

Local Boy Scouts and Chum will be doing the annual SHARE Food Drive this Saturday at grocery stores in Duluth & Cloquet between 8 AM and 4PM.  This is an easy way to help out local families by donating cash or food items at the participating grocery stores.

With the tragedy last week at the Super One in West Duluth, a lot of the focus has been on the murderer.  In fact, I saw several stories on him before even seeing one worthy mention of the victim, Sally Marie Pionk.

It was a tragic end to the week with the random fatal stabbing at the West Duluth Super One store.  The  victim has been named as more details emerge from Thursday nights incident.

I was driving through 40th Avenue West yesterday when I noticed these massive concrete walls being constructed.  "What is that?!" I exclaimed.  We had to go get a closer look.  Sure looks like a zombie fortress to me!
