Minnesota is the Land of 10,000 Lakes, but it could also be the Land of 10,000 confusing city and county names, am I right? What's with these baffling names?

It seems that people are split right down the middle on this topic.  Our co-worker Ian was walking down the hall eating something out of a ziploc bag.  I confronted him to see what it was and it turned out to be a hefty sized steak.  He seemed surprised that we hadn't seen this done before.
