A well-known national chain is making big changes in an effort to survive. After struggling for years, the company has announced it will be shutting down over 200 locations, including several in Minnesota.

What was once a go-to destination for party supplies and decorations, is now ready to turn out the lights for good.

A new report sheds light on the store's plan to close locations by the end of January.

Stores closings already happened in Minnesota but are continuing in Illinois, Wisconsin, and several other states.

It has been a rough go the last few years for the once flourishing "My Pillow' empire.
