When I was a child seat belts, car seats or restraints for a child in a moving vehicle were nonexistent. I remember standing between my parents on the bench seat of the gas guzzling Chrysler as a toddler. Don't get excited!!! You have to live in Maryland. Police were out yesterday and gave a crisp new dollar bill to those that had seat belts on while police on route 301 made random stops. If you didn't have on your belt, you got a ticket.
