You don't have to have a green thumb to help "tip the roses" at the Leif Erikson Park Rose Garden in Duluth.  In fact, you could use this as a learning experience. Tipping roses needs to be done when the weather starts to turn cooler.  It helps to protect the plant, almost puts it in a sort of hibernation mode.  Can you help?

Get ready for the smell and beauty of roses to take over Superior, WI thanks to the Superior Business Improvement District and Engwall~Wolff's Flower Shop.  It's Superior Good Neighbor Day on July 15 and YOU have a very important part in the day.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped with the tipping of the roses last Tuesday.  A second volunteer session was scheduled for tomorrow, however the wet weather has changed those plans with the City of Duluth.
