No car? No problem! Both Minnesota + Wisconsin have made the top ten list of places to live in the United States without having a car.

The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) and the City of Superior will provide special evening service between downtown Duluth, downtown Superior and the Head of the Lakes Fair, now through this Saturday, August 27.  This alleviates trying to find a parking spot, saves gas and you can drink beer without having to worry about who is going to drive home.  Do you need a ride?

The DTA Transportation Center was closed on Monday, April 25 for construction on Michigan Street.  They had expect the closure to last about 30 days, but it took a bit longer.  The wait is over and it's opening this Saturday, July2.

The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) just announced it's holiday service schedule for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  Here's the time schedule for when the last buses will run on Christmas Eve.

I've never heard of removing bus stops before, but because the two stops were deemed unsafe for boarding and waiting for the bus, they have made the decision to do so.  The DTA has made alternative suggestions for riders.
