This may be one of the best Jimmy Kimmel "Mean Tweets" videos yet.  Everyone loves to go online or use Twitter to rip on people, it's the modern way to spout off cheap shot.  However, you probably don't expect the President of the United States to actually read your tweet on national television.

Tonight President Obama took to the national airwaves for a rare prime-time address to describe what America's response would be to the Islamic State (aka ISIL or ISIS), the terrorist group that has taken over parts of Syria and Iraq, and also beheaded two American journalists.
