Residents of Hermantown and Proctor with children enrolled in the Childhood Family Education program now got a big boost with a new playground.

This isn't the first time this has happened.  I guess this is why we can't have nice things.  A couple of years ago the city put a brand new playground in at Wade Bowl.  Within a short period of time, vandals have ripped up multiple sections of the special cushioned playground surface.
