Did you get to see the ice caves last year?  I  regret I couldn't find the time to travel to Bayfield and see the amazing Wisconsin Ice Caves.  As you can see, my daughter and her boyfriend made it and said they were breath taking.  The experts are saying there's a very good chance the ice caves will happen again this year and I'm NOT going to miss out again!

The Leif Erickson Viking ship that is currently in Leif Erickson park will be lifted by crane and moved this Thursday to the City of Duluth's Park and Recreation building.  There it will undergo more restoration and repairs.  From that point it will be moved to it's permanent location, which has yet to be decided.

The City of  Duluth Parks and Rec Department is looking for input from you.  They are looking to develop "directional" or "way finding" signs and would like the publics help in designing them.  If you are an avid park and/or trail user, here is your chance to be heard.
