Park Point 5-miler

Dangerous air quality forced the cancellation of this annual event on Duluth's Park Point. Here's what registered participants need to know.

Heads up for Thursday evening on Park Point.

There are a few ways you can register between now and race day on Thursday (July 18th)!

The series includes three different races over the course of the spring and summer!

The race was fun but the people made it amazing.

After 50 years, the Park Point 5-Miler becomes one of the oldest races and will return at 6:30 pm on Thursday, July 15th, and includes a 2-mile walk.

The race is happening online AND in person Thursday (July 16th).

Grandma's Marathon has announced the Park Point 5-Miler/2-Mile Walk will go on as scheduled, with a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan firmly in place, along with a virtual option.

Participate in 3 fun races and get a cool jacket on top of the gear you'll get from each race.

The Park Point 5-Miler is Minnesota's oldest road race and you still have time to register for the Thursday, July 19 event.

The Park Point 5-Miler is northern Minnesota’s oldest road race and registration is still open for the event, which is Thursday, July 14.

It's become a tradition for some, whether it's spectating, running, volunteering or even walking.  Why not be part of Northern Minnesota's Oldest Road Race~the Park Point 5 Miler.  It's absolutely awesome running the Point, so picturesque and if you get too hot, you can just take a dip in Lake Superior! You can still sign up the day of the race!
