Rare footage captured as a snowy owl flew alongside cars on Tower Avenue near the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds.

The organization is sounding the alarm as they've seen a troubling uptick in owl injuries and deaths.

This is awesome, although I have to admit the owl looks rather haggard. (actually, so does the dog).  But, how often do you see an owl up this close AND lovingly  "petting" a dog?  It's adorable!
