These "cookies" (truffles) are AMAZING!! AND EASY!!! Only three ingredients and absolutely delicious. Note: You can dip in white chocolate too, so you have an array of colors on your platter. Decorate with colored sprinkles...let me know what you think!!!
Like most kids, when I was young, I twisted my delicious Oreo gently, until it came apart allowing me to scrape that delectable cream against my teeth, leaving the crunchy, chocolate wafer to soak in my milk, then....smile happily at the familiar floating crumbs in my glass.
