Former 'Lois & Clark' star Dean Cain has spoken out about the recent death of his former fiancee Mindy McCready, saying he is "not surprised" by her suicide on Sunday (Feb. 17).

According to authorities in Heber Springs, Ark., country singer Mindy McCready's cause of death has been confirmed as suicide. Preliminary autopsy results indicate the 'Ten Thousand Angels' singer died as a result of a single self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

A court spokeswoman revealed today that Florida judge James H. Seals issued an “emergency” pick up order for Mindy McCready‘s 5-year-old son Zander, according to CNN. The troubled country singer took her son from her father’s Florida home earlier this week, though she does not have legal custody of him.
