There's been a lot of talk lately as there is another push to legalize medical marijuana for the State of Minnesota.  It's being discussed today in the legislature.  I've always had the opinion that it should be legalized, but there are some other things that have brought to my attention that I hadn't considered before.

Pack your suitcases and stock up on Cheetos marijuana lovers and head to Colorado or Washington state!  In the recent elections, those two states legalized recreational marijuana use.  However it is still a federal crime to partake, so questions arose as to what would be done in regards to the federal government and marijuana use in those states.  Turns out, not much at all.
