Keeping up with construction projects in the summer is tough, but we will do our best to keep you on top of things.  The Minnesota Department Of Transportation sent a press release regarding a project near Cotton, Minnesota which may delay travels in northern Minnesota beginning next Monday, June 11.

Add this to your list of construction projects to remember.  This starts on May 21st on Highway 53 near Cotton MN.  The project should complete late August, but in the meantime, there will be lane closures and intermittent flagging stops.

Why let I35 have all the fun?  As summer in the Northland approaches, the road repairs and construction are right there waiting.  I just received word that projects to build a new bridge over Highway 53 at Highway 33 and repair the northbound Highway 53 bridge over the Cloquet River in Independence begin May 8.
