Meet Addie Clyde.  She knew she needed to make a change in her life.  Little did she know, that change would lead to winning this year's Lifestyle Change Award from the American Heart Association.  Congratulation's Addie, FANTASTIC job!  Here's Addie's story and her "AFTER" picture.
