Harold's Fiasco

The weather was absolutely perfect for Harold's Golf Outing this year and everything was set for a record breaking day!  The amount raised was historic, just like the Harold's Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco that doubled it's total this year.  Read on for the total and some pictures from the event, as well as details in the upcoming Harold's Hog Roastin' Fiasco.

Saturday is Harold's Fiasco at the Pine Hill Golf Course in Carlton.  Outside of our B105 Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon, this annual event is our biggest fundraiser for the kids.

It's affordable fun for the whole family and it's coming up this Saturday, August 29 at Pine Hill Golf Course in Carlton.  This is the second in a series of three "fiascos" this year to increase an already fantastic fundraising effort for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It was a beautiful September day for the Harold's Hog Roast Fiasco at the Carlton VFW.  It's Harold's way of thanking everyone for attending the Harold's Flippin' Flapjack Breakfast and the ever popular Harold's Golf Fiasco.  Let me take you back to that day!

I can't believe I actually look forward to Harold's Wild Game Feed at the Carlton VFW now!  The first time I was invited I had SUCH apprehension.  I don't usually stray very far from the norm and Harold informed me that I was eating yak liver!  But, this year I brought something to share and tasted almost everything offered, except the turtle.

There was excitement in the town of Carlton this past week with the presentation of two awards from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Every summer Harold Ankrum and his fabulous group of volunteers pour their heart and soul into three events that many in the community enjoy year after year.

Harold Ankrum and his crew of volunteers are SUCH kind-hearted, compassionate people.  They started out with the Flapjack Fiasco and the Golf Fiasco in August and now we're anxiously awaiting the 3rd Annual Hog Roastin' Fiasco this Saturday.  The best part is that proceeds benefit the kids of St. Jude Children's Hospital.  Come for the food and FUN, sign up for the 2nd Annual Harold's Horseshoe Fi

It was another stellar year with the hard working, kind-hearted, good-looking gentlemen that donate time, efforts and product to raise money for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  It was held at the Four Seasons Hockey Complex in Carlton this past Sunday and after talking with Harold, it was a huge success!
