Wells Fargo announced that they are committing $35,000 to the Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity. The grant is to help create affordable home ownership for local families.
In Minnesota last year they recycled holiday lights in Hinckley and Grand Marais. Habitat for Humanity of Superior stepped up and collected your used and or defective holiday lights in the Northland and they're doing it again this year. Do you have any you need to dispose?
I have been monitoring the map for the Recycling Association of MN because they have a holiday lights recycling program in place, however the closest to us is either Hinckley or Grand Marais. I was excited to read that Habitat for Humanity of Superior has stepped up and is collecting and recycling your used and or defective holiday lights in the Northland.
