Minnesota has already had more restrictions than federal gun laws, but new federal rules will make even more changes.

I'm a gun owner.  I like having guns in the house, (of course safely stored).  It brings me a sense of security.  If an intruder breaks into my house with a gun, I'd like to be able to defend myself. Is this going to happen?  No, at least most likely not...

A bill is going to be heard in St. Paul today that would remove the "duty to retreat" clause when it comes to self defense in your home.  What "duty to retreat" means is that if someone enters your home to harm you, you first have to flee (if able) before using deadly force...
