Nothing short of amazing!  (and uber busy)  That's the way to describe this year's Harold's Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco. I am so humbled by the immense support that Carlton County gives through event donations, volunteer hours, energy and monetary donations for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  YOU make such a difference!

It's something I look forward to every year, flippin' pancakes for the Duluth Lion's Club.  My husband told me a few years back that he has wanted to flip pancakes at the Lion's Club Pancake Day since he attended the event as a five year old boy.  I told him I could make that dream come true and we've been flippin' ever since!  We're excited to be helping out again this Thursday, hope to see you t

You’re invited to enjoy JJ’s famous Family Tradition pancakes with Harold’s Flapjack Fiasco THIS SUNDAY!!!  The 6th Annual Harold’s Flapjack Fiasco held in conjunction with Harold’s Golf and Hog Roastin' Fiascoes raises money for families with sick children and the continued research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

This is an amazing 24 hour fundraising effort by the University of WI-Superior.  They have set their goal high at 200 donors with the money being used for student grants and undergraduate research.  Plus, there will be a matching component to the fundraising this year.  You'll be able to double your money!

According to the Superior-Douglas County Chamber of Commerce Member Spotlight, there will be some mystery in the month of March in Superior.  While you get some dinner and live entertainment you'll also be helping out a non-profit organization in the area.  What a fantastic idea!  You'll want in on this!

Tracy Jacobsen is no stranger to the kitchen.  He has been cooking since the age of 8 years old back in Iowa and pursued a career as a chef that has spanned 30+ years. One of B105's main causes is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, but we also help other organizations because there are so many that are worthy of our time, efforts and donations.  Duluth Pack, 365 Canal Park Drive, feels the same and has made the commitment to raise funds for 25 different organizations by donating 5% of the sales of their manufactured items to 25 different charities or causes.
