Have you noticed this particular change recently?

Stores like Walmart and Kroger are sick of the practice of “staking,” in which frugal shoppers combine store and manufacturer coupons in a way that makes their items cost next to nothing — or even, in some cases, actually earns them store credit or cash back.

I've heard about this show for a while and last night I actually watched it.  I'm amazed at the deals these people get.   Last night this lady bought over $3,000 worth of items and actually received 50 dollars in store credit.  She got paid to take $3,000 worth of items...
