Essential Fitness and Health Expo

Grandma’s Marathon weekend officially kicked off with the Essentia Health Fitness & Health Expo. The free event is open right now until 9 p.m.  Everyone can walk around and see what's new in running gear and other products.

As we get to the final days before Grandma's Marathon, we took some time this morning to talk to Bob Gustafson, public relations director about upcoming events starting with the Health Expo this Thursday.

Clean out your closet while you support Soles4Soles!  If you plan on coming to the Grandma's Marathon, Essentia Fitness & Health Expo on Thursday, June 16 or Friday, June 17 at the DECC, bring a pair or several to donate.
