It's a strange room in a large, recently-built, downtown building in Rochester, Minnesota, but we now know what its purpose is.

At the time of its completion, it was the tallest building in Minneapolis. Another fun fact regarding the IDS Center building, it housed the headquarters of Dayton Hudson Corporation from 1972 to 2001.
