The Day Care Provider hanged a toddler in her basement, then injured three people driving off in her van now gets 10 years probation.

This has been discussed, and ultimately shot down in the past, but it looks like there is another attempt to unionize Minnesota in-home day care centers.

It's a struggle when you have a sick kid.  The average child who attends daycare gets an upper respiratory infection (cold or flu) 6-8 times per year.  Sometimes they can get the stomach bug 2-3 times per year.  And here's the kicker,  you can't give them over the counter medicine.  So what do you do?
