Saturday, May 30th, The Reef on London Road held a karaoke contest and some of the prizes were tickets to Country Fest.  This is a guy who we think is named Brent.  Brent did so well at the contest that he won a single day pass to Country Fest (yay!).  The bad news is that he was given a wrong pass and it won't work for him if he tries to bring it to Country Fest (boo!).

Toby Keith has released plenty of drinking related songs in recent years with songs like "I Like Girls That Drink Beer", "Drinks After Work", and "Drunk Americans".  I was hoping he would mix it up at some point, and he has done just that with his brand new single.

David Drew and I brought a bus load of listeners down to Country Fest yesterday.  Despite being a bit windy, it was a beautiful day for an outdoor concert.  The lineup was Will Hoge Eric Paslay, Charlie Daniels Band, Eli Young Band, and headliner Florida Georgia Line.

Doesn't David Drew's mouth look like that of a muppet?  So, Ken had this morning off because the Country Fest Express didn't roll in until 4am.  Chris and I talked about the pics they were sharing on the B105 fb page (are YOU a fb friend?) and we got calls to get em' up on our webpage, SO you asked for it!
