Halloween-themed fun awaits in Cloquet, including an outdoor stage show, with the Halloween Spooktacular on Thursday, October 29 and Friday, 30.

The Cloquet Police Department is hosting a Pet Microchip Clinic at Veteran's Park in Cloquet. The event is free to Carlton County residents, while non-residents are $20 per pet.

Locations in Superior, Hermantown and Cloquet have had reduced hours amid the pandemic.

First time violators of the ordinance would receive a warning letter. A second violation would result in a $50 fine and a third violation would result in a $100 fine. Violations beyond that could result in criminal proceedings.
